Sea : The amateurs of water sports will have only the embarrassment of the choice: for the sail, the speed-sail, the tank with veil, the kayak of sea, deep-sea diving or fly-surfing put to the course on the ports all close relations of St-Vaast-the-Hougue, Barfleur, Quinéville or Cherbourg.

Excursions pedestrian or "à vélo" : Envies to find the firm ground? The Valley of Saire abounds of hiking trails skirting the coast or curving between scrap-metal and green valleys. Many circuits in loop make it possible to return to your starting point and to take again your car where left it to you.

Does your "small queen" have inclinations of escapades? Thus take to furrow it along our country roads. But attention, although we are in edge of sea, they are not always very punts... More than one calf of cyclist remembers the coast Pernelle!

Horsemanship : The reputation of the stud farms of our department is not any more to make and numbers large standards result from these breedings. However you reassure: no need to be horse champion to appreciate one strolls on the beach perched on your faithful destrier!
