	TATIHOU ISLAND :
	Tatihou, the magic of an island attracts sea birds, as well as anyone who is keen on history, nature and the environment. So much has taken place here : the Battle of the Hougue (1692) and building of the Vauban fort, the creation of a lazaret (1723), maritime laboratory (1887), sonatorium (1925) and eductional centre (1948). 	SAINT-VAAST LA HOUGUE (1,5km)
